Two-factor authentication at login
After you enter your username and password, slotdemo prompts you for a one-time code sent to your registered mobile number. This second step prevents unauthorised access even if your password is compromised.
Code delivery
A six-digit code arrives via SMS within seconds of your login attempt. Codes expire after subject to verification.
Device trust
If you enable "Remember me", you won't need a code the next time you log in from the same device.
Backup codes
Store backup codes in a safe place. Use them if you lose access to your phone or SIM card.
No code received?
Check your spam folder or wait 30 seconds before requesting a new code. Contact support if the issue persists.
Login troubleshooting
Click "Forgot password?" on the login form. Enter your registered email address. slotdemo sends a password-reset link to your inbox. The link expires after one hour. Create a new password (8+ characters, mixed case and symbols) and sign in.
An account locks after five failed login attempts in subject to verification. This protects you from unauthorised access. Wait subject to verification and try again, or click "Forgot password?" to reset your credentials. If you still cannot log in, contact support.
Check your SMS inbox and spam folder. Codes arrive within 10 seconds. If nothing arrives, wait 30 seconds and request a new code. If your phone number has changed, contact support to update it before trying to log in again.
Yes. You can be logged into slotdemo on your phone and desktop simultaneously. However, each withdrawal request requires a fresh two-factor code. If you notice an unfamiliar login, change your password immediately and disable "Remember me" on that device.
Change your password immediately. Review your transaction history for unfamiliar activity. Enable two-factor authentication if you haven't already. Revoke device trust by logging out of all sessions. Contact support to report the incident and request account review.
Click your account menu and select "Sign out". This ends your session immediately. On shared devices, always log out after finishing. slotdemo also auto-logs you out after subject to verification of inactivity for security.
Access and jurisdiction
slotdemo is accessible only from supported jurisdictions. If you try to log in from a restricted location, your account will be suspended temporarily. We verify your location during login using IP address and other data.
If you are travelling or using a VPN, contact support before logging in. Misrepresenting your location may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of your balance.
